Lord Vanger has selected five stills from each of his videos – Paint, Finally and Train – and partnered with photo-imaging heavyweights Gloss to create a unique collection of NFTs. Each image is numbered, unique, and sold as an edition of 20. Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) are best understood as digital pieces of art and represent the ownership of any unique item, in this case, a video image. The NFT is held in the blockchain, where it cannot be copied or deleted. The buyer owns this digital piece of art and if they want to sell it, they can, but mainly, it is an innovative way to engage with an artist.
